A $325.00 fee will be charged for the first appliance, with an additional $100.00 for any subsequent appliance. Additional costs may be warranted but will be explained during the startup.
- ATTENTION: Requests for startups are urged to be submitted a minimum of FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to the required date. If the service area is covered by a sub-agent, please provide a notice of EIGHT (8) BUSINESS DAYS. This advance notice is crucial to avoid any last-minute complications and ensure a smooth service delivery. We strictly require a minimum of FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS notification in case of any rescheduling request. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a delay or cancellation of the service.
- Please be aware that due to a nationwide shortage of qualified service technicians, several areas across the country are experiencing leadtimes of up to two weeks for service requests.This situation is beyond our control, but we want to ensure you are well-informed when requesting service.
- The service CANNOT commence until these necessary location requirements are met.
- Equipment must be unboxed and/or uncrated and removed from pallets.
- It is imperative that all necessary utilities are fully operational at all times. This includes gas, water, electric, hoods, fire suppression, and drains. No exceptions!
- It is imperative to ensure that the appropriate cooking medium, such as oil or water, is readily available on-site for the appliance to function correctly.
If the technician arrives to perform the requested service but is unable to complete it due to any of the requirements mentioned above not being met, then the location would be held financially responsible for any return trips made by the technician to the location in order to complete the requested service.
Once Imperial has received the information below, it will be subject to validation. Then, Imperial will schedule the service with a Local Authorized Service Agent of Imperial’s choice.
